  • My working hours are Sundays- Wednesday, evening appointments are offered as well. 

  • I am currently available for teletherapy and in person for Colorado and Florida residents.

    Address for in person services, is 1120 West South Boulder Road in Lafayette, CO 80026. This is close to Centaurus High School, Flatirons Church, and Angevine Middle School.

    For the first session I will use the billing code 90791 and ongoing appointments use code 90837.  You can call and see what your insurance covers using these therapy codes.

  • I offer self-pay at $160 for a 50-minute session. I do provide super bills for out of network insurances.    

  • In therapy, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where we work together to address the challenges you're facing. During the first few sessions, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you have. This helps me understand your unique needs and allows us to create a treatment plan tailored specifically for you.

  • Client centered, collaborative, honest, and straightforward. I am here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.​ I combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results.

  • I do not offer crisis services and if you are experiencing a crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room or walk in crisis center.     

  • I only incorporate Christian Counseling by request. For those who desire it, I offer faith integration, thoughtfully blending a biblical perspective with clinically sound, research-based approaches while always respecting each client’s individual spiritual journey.

  • I welcome individuals from all walks of life, with all faiths, and backgrounds.
